Have seen this term in ads lately. What is it?
It means the horse has been used to compete for and hold rodeo queen titles. Most pageants require a reining pattern for the competition and the ability to carry a flag on the horse. Most queens have worked cattle from their horses (example: after the tie down roping they follow the calf out to encourage it to go to the out gate). The horse has usually been to many rodeos and is used to the commotion.
Gracias
I thought maybe it meant that the horse looked good in bling.

Well that goes without saying it! Ha Ha
Dead broke and flashy, but NOT better looking than the Queen.
