Horse coughs and liquid shoots out of a hole in its side. Never seen anything like it.
No idea, but it’s cool and looks like it’s probably helping whatever is wrong. He looks happy at least.
The procedure is called thoracocentesis. It is used to treat pleural pnemonia.

I was going to say it looks like a lung infection mucus being expelled though the hole.
