What is the maximum amount of Zinc/Copper that should be given?

So I had my hay tested and the Iron came back quite high, with 20 lbs of hay he is getting some 3200 mg. So trying to balance the Zinc/Copper with my vit/min supplement it would need to be 1940/700 mg respectively.

Now is this a safe level to feed, or are my ratios off??

So, the highest mine has tested for iron was 2064 for 10lbs (high!). My equine nutritionist balanced it with 1530/510/1623 Zinc/Copper/Manganese.

I recall reading (here, most likely) that often a high iron hay test is due to a type of iron that is not usable by the horse or has little absorption ability. I would be hesitant to load up on zinc and copper to balance the iron in the hay to that whopping level without some feedback directly from a nutritionist.
