What is with this site??? It is active but no one can post on it?
Wow! It really makes for interesting reading!!!
If you like trash, it does. Every time I go there, I quickly remember why I don’t read that site.
It has been around for years! I think there was an earlier incarnation called Horse Show Spy that got shut down. It was quite a large BB with lots of posters. This new version only seems to be a small group of people gossiping in a mostly unpleasant fashion.
Horse Show Diva is kind of a guilty pleasure of mine. I like to go on there and read all the trash-talk. I wish I could post on it though, because there’s some gossip on there that could use some debunking.
HOWEVER - I was surprised to see that they had a fairly civil discussion about the Anne Kursinski/Hoffy/Only One thing. :yes:
They sure don’t think much of us over here on COTH, though. 
I think anyone can post on it; you just need to register a user name and password, like this forum (and lots of others). It’s a gossip sheet where people are very uninhibited about using profanity and trashy talk, but the opinions expressed are spot-on, more often than some of us would like to admit. I prefer the COTH Forum, in terms of useful info but the bad-boy allure of the Diva page is hard to deny, sometimes! I finally had to sign up and post a reply once, myself, when I saw something just too good to resist.

I tried to sign up a few days ago and could not for the life of me find a place to register as a user.

Same for me, a few months ago though.
It’s ok. :lol: If you like that sort of thing. Personally, I read a couple articles, threads, whatever you’d call them, and then I just got off the website. That sort of stuff doesn’t interest me much I guess.
It’s been known to shine some light on issues that have been in the dark and expose a few personalities, whether they be professional, amateur, or junior. However, there IS plenty of slander that goes on, brought on mostly by peoples own prejudices.
The worst is when mothers go on and post as alters and completely bad mouth their child’s competitors. Happened recently, however the poster real identity was outed and has, since then, ceased posting.
Not worth the effort of making an account but entertaining to read for sure when one is bored at the office on a tuesday afternoon.
Horseshowdiva and horseshowspy used to be great sites to get info about people and horses by people who actually worked and knew them.
Haven’t posted on it for a year or two, but will check to see if still registered.

I just read it purely for entertainment value. I have an account but almost never post.

thats because they would be quickly banned if they tried using that kind of language here on COTH. It’s a bunch of nasty, small minded people who seem to enjoy gossip, profanity and slander.

Registration has been shut down.
Although it can get nasty, HS certainly tells the truth about a lot of fellow competitors, judges, etc. As a matter of fact many professionals confessed to me that they are obsessed with that site and check it daily. And unlike here you don’t get hammered if you disagree with someone and don’t subscribe to the general consensus about subjects like GM, etc among others.

That’s where the truth is being told. They may be rude and, not everything they say must be true, but at least they’re not afraid to speak out about someone.
It’s a site for COTH haters and Reed Kessler haters alike.
It is, however, highly entertaining to read.

That is true. There have been discussions there in the past that have been civil and enlightening. For what its worth, Diva is always on top of the ball when it comes to outing sex offenders and major fraudulent transgressions.

It’s been blocked, but if you google horse show diva terri kessler or some combination and view the cached version from google, you can see some pages of it.
