Same thing for me with Moto G4 and Chrome. I haven’t tried updating Chrome yet.
It started late last night or early am depending on your nomenclature for the wee hours of the night.LOL
I’m having the same issue. HTC One with Chrome.
Not only that, I’m getting some else’s notifications.
Checked and Chrome is updated–last update was March 29, so no recent changes there.
iPhone (God knows what’s) with Safari, same problem here. Hard on my old tired eyes.

WTF is with the layout on mobile it was fine earlier this AM like at 4.30 now not so much. It’s huge takes up entire screen,impossible to read threads. So not doing mobile today ,on desktop all seems fine on here,so must be mobile issue.
I’m getting sick of this site. It’s too hard to read and now the mobile layout is messed up.

Same here Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge using Google Chrome.
It is OK for me. I’m sorry I don’t know how to upload a screen-shot here, but it is working for me. I will ask my IT lady to do it for me if it helps others.
