Where can I buy velcro on blocks?

Here’s the catch.

I need them to have the soft (loop) side of the velcro on the blocks. The saddle itself has the hard (hook) side affixed to it.

The Bates/Wintec blocks have the wrong side of the velcro, and are the only ones I’m finding available from retailers. The saddle is a Dominus so I can’t just go back to the manufacturer and buy from them.

So, who makes and sells velcro on knee blocks, for a jump saddle, with the soft side of the velcro? I would also like them to be brown, but beggars can’t be choosers.

Can you get some glue-back velcro sheets, stick two “soft” sides back to back, then use the blocks with the hooks on them?

So it’s kind of a saddle, double velcro, then block sandwich.
