I’m having more surgery in September that is going to leave me down and out until at least January. My hunter is likely going north for a lease and my semi-retired jumper is quite happy living in a field, so I have my brand new barn sitting here empty. I was thinking that I would try to lease the place out (either until the horse show or for the year), but other than Ocala4sale, I’m not quite sure where to place an ad! I was thinking I’d make flyers and put them up at the tack shops/feed stores, but I’m not sure how else to best reach potential renters. Thoughts?
I’d advertise on Craigslist and such, and on tack store bulletin boards.
Here on the forums , they have an advertising section don’t they. Or in the magazine?

I’d offer it for short-term lease for those coming down to show. For that, posting in local stores probably isn’t going to be much help. Facebook seems to work best for most people I know. There’s several groups dedicated just to HITS, just to WEC, and then for rentals.
