Try Jennifer Schrader Williams at Summervale Dressage in Washington State. She is a high-end sales barn. I only see one horse on her website currently that fits your description. But she often does have what you are looking for. I agree that there are not a lot of horses on the market that fit this description. A lot of people sell a horse as a third level horse as soon as the half pass and flying changes are confirmed. And many of the people who have what you want will keep it for a couple more years and put the grand prix movements on.
