Where to find replacement saddle conchos?

Disclaimer: Pretty new to Western tack in general. My apologies if this is a “duh” question.

I lost a concho off of my saddle at a show today. Backtracked everywhere on the show grounds and couldn’t find it. Has anyone had luck finding single matching nice quality conchos for Circle Y saddles (or any saddle, really) online?

I’m a little bit (ok, VERY) picky about my tack and want them to all match. Concerned about a new one looking too new and shiny since my saddle is a couple of years old and the conchos show some wear and aging. The little scalloped leather circle that goes behind the concho fell off with it, so that needs to be replaced as well and probably wouldn’t match the broken in leather. Can you buy conchos in full sets w/the leather pieces that go with them? Is this something a saddle maker/expert needs to work on, or can I them on/off myself?

It’s a dark oil Circle Y Alpine if my description doesn’t make sense and you want to eyeball it.

TIA for any help!

Some of this may help you?

Did you contact Circle Y themselves and if so, what did they tell you?

Montana Silver Smith, Tandy’s leather all sell conchos and the leather rosette to go under them. There are some very pretty ones to choose from. I changed out all my conchos on my older saddles to something more new. Just make sure you buy the right kind of screw back and length.

Jeremiah Watts makes some really pretty conchos.

Contact Circle Y and they will probably sell you just the piece you need rather than having to replace them all to match. They made up a custom length show halter crown piece for me with matching silver tips a few years back at a very reasonable price. I would worry you could damage your saddle in the replacing, and that the new ones might not be in as tight since they would be using the same holes and you could end up losing more in the end.

Thank you thank you thank you to all! I guess disappearing conchos are more common than I realized!
