Looking to sell a used MD Barn. Can anyone recommend places to list it for sale aside from Craigslist? It doesn’t really seem to fit in tack or real estate categories…
you can sell that barn anywhere, the greater the market area the greater the possible amount
A MD barn is prefab designed that was factory built then shipped to the site. This barn can be disassembled, as you know, once on a trick (or in a container) it can be shipped anywhere

Something this big (and likely expensive) should get the widest exposure possible - is there a SoCal version of the Bay Area Equestrian Network? An AQHA publication in the Southwest, Texas?
Contact MD themselves, they might have interested parties for a used barn.
I’ve seen some prefab barns listed on local Facebook groups and there is always a lot of interest.
The Southern Calif. Horsetrader has a classifed section for barns and fencing:

The print version is distributed throughout S. Calif. for free at local feed dealers, saddlery shops, etc. and of course, there is the online advertising.
I sold a barn in S. Cal. years ago and I always look through their classifieds when looking for pipe coral or prefab barn stalls.
Craigslist also works well for used prefab barns in S. Calif.
The regional MD rep can market it for you, too. I almost bought a used barn a couple years ago–it was a terrific deal and exactly what I wanted, but I couldn’t make the finances work at that time.

I am interested depending on what you have and price. Is it still available?

Put it in the farm and garden section of craigslist.
I see lots of barns/mare motels/ etc. on Craig’s List.
