I have been scouring YouTube for hunter/jumper competitions to watch and I can only find shows from 6+ years ago, or individual rounds from 5th place and up. Is there a way to watch competitions like Devon or other high end comps when they occur online? Or maybe a database of the past year or two’s competitions?
You can get a fan membership with the USEF, which includes live online coverage of many major competitions. I believe the regular fan membership costs $25, but they often give out free memberships if you can find an access code that is current.
There is also free online coverage from WEF and Tryon on their respective websites. Possibly WEC as well.
For hunter and jumper videos, look at pbiec.coth.com and tryon.coth.com, find the “Videos” button listed on the menu on the left side of the page, you can watch the 1st place trips in any class for free. The other way to find that is to go to the results listing for a class you are interested in and click the video link to the left of the first place horse listed. The videos go back at least a few years.
@TheChristianEquestrian you can go to USEF.org and sign up for a free fan membership right now with the code DOVER21. They have tons of archived videos.
