Where to watch the Preakness online, for free?

I thought I’d ask the question a bit earlier then I did with the Derby? Online coverage, anyone?

No one knows?

possibly justin.tv? or you could always sign up for a free xpressbet.com account to watch their live video streams

Thanks!

And the answer is…

lala Google is your friend. That is what the rest of us do. We Google to find the answers.

I did google. I am quite an adept websurfer. The betting sites skeve me out, and often come with a warning. (This site may harm your computer.)

Did you try to see what results you get? BTW justin.tv had nothing come up on the search function.

Doesn’t it come on regular tv?

The regular gambling sites aren’t anything to fear. Some of them might not be able to show the Preakness, even if they show the rest of the Pimlico card, so check first, then you won’t be disappointed.

Yes, NBC is broadcasting, but I don’t have a tv!

I may bite the bullet and subscribe to HRTV.

May as well bite the bullet and fund an online wagering account!

Have any hunches?..

I’m in the same boat… my digital TV gets one channel… and not the right one… I was invited to a friend’s house but my cold is TERRIBLE and I don’t want to get anybody sick… there also is a sports bar where all of the tables have TVs, but being sick, I don’t know if I feel like going…

Try these:

One of the Justin TV channels does have Pimlico up live. Terrible picture. Quite frankly it looks like they are getting their feed off of one of the online gaming sites. If that is so, then no idea if the gaming site will show the Preakness live or not.

Thanks, Espn has the undercard only. And channelsurfing is not free.

It was nice to see the Budwiser hitch drive pass the grandstands.

Why don’t they just name the Preakness the Beer Bashing Brawl? The infield is far more into the booze & music than the actual horse racing.

Good lord, the poor groom having to run down the track in front of the grandstand! What did I miss? It looks like a pony rider was rapidly trotting the horse up to inspection. Did the horse get away from inspection, was caught, & then…??? Anyway, good lungs on that groom. Someone needs to give that groom a beer.

Ah boo, I got all excited when I just saw I had access to “LIVE COVERAGE”. Oh well!

ARGH HRTV is not broadcasting the actual race! What a crock.

HRTV is not a bad guy in this

They can’t broadcast it! NBC has the rights.

I watched the Rolex 3-day show just fine on NBC at justin.tv, and then a thunderstorm came through and messed up our satellite signal. Argh! Well, one out of two is better luck than I usually have with streaming TV.
