Recently, my mare damaged the escape door to my trailer. A friend suggested I file a claim with my insurance company. I would have never thought to give it a try. I pulled my policy - and sure enough - I have comprehensive coverage.
I called to file a claim and then sent photos and an estimate for repairs. Within a week, I had a check in hand.

USAA added my trailer as a miscellaneous vehicle to my policy in order to get some comprehensive and collision coverage. Liability is extended from my tow vehicle.
Metlife for both truck and trailer. No one comes close to their rates for me.
