Try me! ;)
 He is by Genius⦠do you know of him? Geniusā former owner (and my boys breeder) came up to me at my last comp to introduce himself. He said something that is so true to me. More often than not, a stallions worth is not known until they have passed on. He died an unfortunately early death, as I would love to have another 1 (or maybe 2!)
I completely agree!
I have two⦠One is a coming 3 year old we bred here and will keep for future showing and breeding. She is just the most wonderful girl ever! She is by Fabuleux out of a Winterprinz mare. Pics below.
Here she is as a two year old doing USDF inhand showsā¦

The other is a mare we have on lease for breeding. She is an Elite Hanoverian mare by Don Primero out of a Golden Miller mare.
I have a four year old mare. I owned her mother before her.
I have to take some new pictures! The little hand belongs to my son, the assistant photographer. Hereās one from September:

P.S. her mane has been pulled since.
I have a lovely 4 coming 5 yr old Hanoverian gelding by Sandro Hit out of Florestan mare. A real sweetheart that is just wonderful to ride and train. He will do 1st level in 2009. He is not too big, just 16.1hh.

Also have a Westfalen and a Rheinlander (not RPSI) but we donāt have categories for those!
I just sold my 5 year old Widmark x Pointmaker gelding. He also is so much fun to ride and a great mover. His new owners are in love.
Now I have a 2 year old Don Frederico x Warkant filly. She is coming home from the breederās at the end of Jan. Iām so excited but a little worried sheās going to be ginormous; sheās 16.0 already.

Iāll bite. Gives me an opportunity to brag on my girl
Gabreala aka Ella
Graf Top II x Winfrieda (half TB-Bold Magician)
She turned three in July, so is still just being a horse until spring . For now we just play with groundwork and freejumping little cavaletti when she gets bored. This is my first baby (got her at 14 months), so am playing it nice and safe
Pics of her from 1-3 are here: http://photobucket.com/gabreala --feedback welcome!
Huh. Small world. I took some photos of your filly as a yearling when she was showing here. She was/is very cute!
old fart
I have the honor of owning an aged school master who is grandson of Abstaz. He was trained to PSG/I1, and was shown extensively at 4th Level with a BNT. He acts 1/2 of his age, is sound and loves to work. I am very lucky to have him and every day that I ride him is a gift.
As of recently and
I couldnāt be happier! My filly is by Rousseau out of a Rubenstein/Werther mare - I got her for a pretty good deal too, considering her breeding. Granted, she is only two but I could not possibly be more excited about her. I have never met a friendlier or better natured horse. And, the best part, nothing phases her! I really think she is going to be something special. She is absolutely my dream horse.

Here is my boy Ernst August by Escudo I out of a mare by Augustinus xx and herself out of a dam by Steppenwolf.
I spent every penny I had and then some on him. After looking for over a year and not finding what I wanted my mom suggested we just go see what the next price bracket would get us. We went to window shop and viola- came home with a horse. (and a plan for how to convince dad to help )
Here he is at 6yrs old.

He was exactly what I wanted the moment I set eyes on him. Heās a little straight in the hind end so doesnāt quite come under as well as one would prefer. Heās a sensitive guy very quirky, a bit spooky, super smart (knows some tricks) and very bonded to me which I love.
Turned out somehow someway he got a severe SI injury by falling over backward. I never saw anything like that happen or evidence thereof. He was NQR pretty much from the day after I bought him in spite of a thorough vet check. Most likely no one knew and wouldnāt have known until pushing pushing things in training that physically something was wrong. We found it and fixed it along with the psychological component which was a LONG hard road because he is so sensitive.
So, it took us 6yrs to show 3rd level which we did in Nov. Heās got his 4ās, half-pirouettes and is ready to start showing 4th. I can see the light further down the tunnel that is PSG as we can ride through much of the test now with our trainer and it goes well, so I think we can meet my goal of buying a horse that I could take to FEI.
Here we are in Nov. at our 3rd level debut.

She is simply stunning. I would quite happily have that in the paddock (or under saddle)
That elevation is fantastic.
I joined the Hanoverian Owners club two weeks ago with the birth of a Filly called Dramatiker.
She is by Dream Boy (Dream of Glory) - (Donnerhall) out of a Hanoverian registered TB mare
I would love to have full bredā¦I only have half bredā¦
I have two:
Bijou (Bruderherz/ Akzent II/ Polacca xx) is four and started her training this past February. My beautiful redhead was ridden all summer and has the winter off. As soon as she was turned out, she grew another inch. Sheās just a hair under 16.2 now. Sheās very good to ride and her movment gets bigger under saddle. In addition, she seems calmed by having a rider up. She has a great connection to people. Pictures here:
http://www.runningwaterwarmbloods.com/index_files/Page516.htm
Raleska (Rascalino/ Warkant/ Argentan) is just six months old. This little black filly is such a dreamhorse for me. She has spectacular movement and the best mind ā very smart and self-assured without being bossy or aggressive. Canāt wait to ride her! Weāll do the in-hand shows next summer. Hereās video of her at three weeks:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E8NXT6-9Iq4
And this has nothing to do with breed, but they are best buds. Itās so cute to watch the big chestnut looking after the litle black filly. Iāve actually seen the filly sleeping and the mare standing over her like a broodmare would. Bijou is going to be a great momma someday.
PS- I love hearing about the bloodlines everyone has. I think itās really interesting that there are several jumpers in the pedigrees. Nice horses, all!
We went to window shop and viola- came home with a horse. (and a plan for how to convince dad to help )
I HATE it when that happens. Thats why I try not to window shop! LOL
I have a four year old Chestnut gelding reg/branded by DeLaurentis (De Niro) (www.hphanoverians.com) out of a Hanoverian Mare Bordeaux Burgundy by Bordeaux. He has tons of personality and is so sweet!
He is my first warmblood and I am loving it! I am an AA and work religiously with my trainer  We will be starting Training Level in the Spring, Region 1.
Here we are at DAD doing the 4/5 year old gelding materiale.

All these threads are kind of obnoxious. Why donāt you just do one thread asking what breed people own and what the horseās breeding is?
