he’s, ummm, confident, no?
Uh, has he even heard of the German eventing / dressage teams? Sam? WFP? Not to mention the fantastic GB Dressage team who have been absolutely tearing it up in the past year.
???
???
Will Jim Wofford be doing an analysis?
I love that he completely left McLain off the Showjumping squad…no need for him, we are just. that. GOOD…
Anything less than 6 medals will be a disappointment? A silver in dressage? And is GB a nobody in eventing?
I have a feeling he will be disappointed with our results.
Please educate me, how can Steffen win an individual medal if he’s on the team? Don’t all of his scores count towards the team medals?

No.
A quick google didn’t bring me the answer so I was apparently using the wrong phrases, but GP Freestyle is entirely individual for a short answer. How the GP/GPS count changed this year I think, so I was trying to find an update on how it’s working and didn’t manage to do so.
Betina [sic] Hoy isn’t even on the German team. Man is an idiot.
I wrote an article about the breakdown of dressage and a quick bio on the American team for Horse Nation and Eventingnation. There’s some good information about the scoring and I think even comprehensible for the non-horsey members of your family.

Boy - he mostly writes about basketball and I’m unclear whether or not he’s started college yet, even.
Liz - thanks for the link!
JS is a kid. http://bleacherreport.com/users/425494-josh-schoch
So who is the Bleacher Report to publish such silly rubbish?
That would explain the fact that he has yet to grasp the basics of journalism.
It’s now updated and doesn’t say a single thing. Literally. “Our medals may come in equestrian.” Oh, fancy that.
First rule of Journalism: Do your research. Poor kid. Good learning experience for him though.
He’s someone whose ignorant predictions we should all ignore.
