Who makes longer reins?

All of my reins are too short for me to use on my 3yr old I’m starting. He’s just a bit over 17h with a long neck and I’m vertically challenged and don’t have freakishly long arms. So who makes a longer rein? Are reins on an OS bridle longer? He’s in a horse size, but I think I’d be ok putting him in an OS size but wasn’t sure if the reins that come with them were longer as I’ve never had a horse that could fit into one. Help?

you can get OS reins
I know you can get Edgewood oversized reins

Smartpak sells the Harwich in longer sizes. 54" is the norm, but you can get 64" or 72".

All the nunn finer reins I have are super long. As in: 17.2 with a long neck and still too long…

Bobby’s English Tack makes reins in longer lengths. I bought some here:

I was very happy with the service and the quality.

Perri’s makes 64 inch per side reins.

I have a super long pair of Hadfields. Their standard reins are normal length, though.

Schneider’s has 64"

Vespucci, like really, really long compared to my D’yon and Arc ones.

Thanks everyone for the help!! I didn’t realize until I posted this that in my 25 years of riding I didn’t even know how long regular reins were!! I ordered some 64’s this morning.

^^^right there with ya. I am getting a quote from Gary Mundy for two sets of extra long reins! It’s about time!

eta: Gary does not make reins! Boo!

For just schooling, I took 3 pairs of my short cheap reins, and made two pairs of really long reins of 3 sections each. I punched a pair of holes and tied with waxed linen heavy thread to join where there was no buckle.

I also used these for showing on the line at a not-too-important show.
