They used to be in every tack store, now it is easier to find marijuana than buy them (not joking). The only place online I found is in South Africa. (Shipping might be expensive)
Bit of Britain used to be a solid source, but their catalog sure has changed since John Nunn sold it off.
He still runs Nunn Finer…they don’t list them as available, but it might be worth an email?

Finally got around to ordering them.
The new ones are too quiet,
Petal boots ‘used’ to announce that your horse was entering the ring and made your horse step a bit higher.
They are much quieter than they used to be, thats for sure!
