A relative signed up for an account to ask about boarding recs in her area last week but said her account wasn’t approved yet. Is there someone she should contact? She says she signed up the middle of last week.

Hi there ~ We don’t manually have to approve the accounts. Was your relative able to complete the email verification procedure after she registered? She can send a note about needing help to activate her account to the Contact Us form at the bottom of the page. That’ll get to me and I can look her up and activate for her.
