HMm. I’m getting it fine. Kyle Carter’s horse tried to split after the halt, but settled well after.
Can you not get on or are you having trouble finding it?
I couldn’t find it at first. To do so, click on “video” on the top NAV. You should then see the olympic rings with the subhead “Equestrian” in the center.
If you see something else, look for a box in the lower right where you can select a slew of sports. Scroll about 3/4 of the way down for equestrian.

Please someone give me a zip and a provider to use, apparently mine is not on the list!!!
I got the same message …help!!! Why do I need a provider???
When I click on the box, I get a new window and a message about what is supported…
If I’m reading correctly, my system should be “supported” so I don’t know why it isn’t playing…

No loading properly
I just keep getting:
“The video you selected is not loading properly. Please try loading it again as it could be a temporary problem with your internet connection. Our staff has bee notified of the error. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
I’ve reloaded many times. Tried reinstalling silverlight. No idea how to fix this.
It hasn’t started yet today. I think the first ride is at 7:20 or so.
Can’t get the rewind videos either, or any of the other sports.

It keeps asking for my cable provider and then saying it isn’t a partner of NBC, but isn’t Cablevision pretty standard? And in New Jersey?
OK, so I watched their morning rides last night, and their evening rides (still day one) are supposed to be going on right now. The only video I can get is a replay of the morning rides that I saw last night:confused: Are they not streaming the secold part of Day 1?

Sorry showmom…did you download anything? I had to download/install micsrosoft silverlight before anything would play. Maybe try that?

Yeah (post #9) I’ve tried downloading silverlight 4 times. When I look on my explore menu it sure apears to be there. Don’t know what to do…

If you’re running Linux you won’t be able to get any of the live stream. BUMMER. Please send an email to the feedback to request Linux support.
I made sure I thanked NBC for the streaming coverage, esp. for Equestrian, but requested that with the increasing popularity of Linux, that Linux be supported as well. I am SO disappointed.
