The thread on the Tailored Sportsman for Sale FB Page was cleared of all comments. It started there, continued on the sellers page, then started on Twitter.
What was the gist of the comments?
Basically, someone was attempting to resell a pair of TS they bought that didnt fit but couldnt return. The one owner of TS went on the attack, accused said seller of bootlegging, and it was a big big drama fest. If you follow any horse people on twitter, most got screen shots from FB and shared them there. It was quite interesting to say the least.
I am a retailer. Sadly the exchange did not surprise me. I built my business around customer service. I expect the same customer service and respect that I show my customers from my wholesalers and distributors. A lot of people have been put off by how the customer was treated. I would hate to be a ts reseller right now.
