This is not about a forum but Results Tracker. It does not work any more and I was wondering why. Thanks.
We’re pretty separated from the main site over here on the BB, but I can contact the main office to let them know there may be a problem.
What happened when you tried to use the results tracker system?
It didn’t work
I logged in and searched using Rider/Owner name, Horse Name, Hunter/Jumper category, and 2008 and also ‘all years’. No results to any search I tried. I tried a search that has yielded results in the past and got nothing there, either.
If it’s any consolation, you’re not totally losing it! I played around with a few attempts and came up with nothing, so I contacted the main office.
Sara Lieser, the webmaster, replied that some of her searches worked, others (including Karen O’Connor) did not, so she asked for more details on the searches you and I had attempted.
One of mine was Karen O’Connor, so there’s a common glitch there. What searches did you try? Feel free to PM me if you don’t want to post it for some reason. 
Once we gather a little more info, she’ll contact the IT folks about it.

If anyone has experienced trouble utilizing the “Results Tracker” feature on the Chronicle’s main site (not getting results when you know you should!), please post (or PM) the exact search terms you used that gave you problems.
The IT guys will work out the bugs accordingly.
