Unfortunately I don’t follow steeplechasing and I didn’t know of Wicklow Brave before this week.
That was obviously my loss but I thought this was lovely.

Thank you for posting it: I was going to do so as I think it a very moving tribute. He was an exceptional horse and, in the way of such creatures, he had a large following in the UK and Ireland. There was an instant reaction on social media when he fell and plenty of memories subsequently.
Very sad. We lost Good Night Shirt (retired) a few weeks back.
Didn’t seem like a tribute to him, it seemed like just another blogger posting about themself.
