Helping my boyfriend out. He has a tough time finding stirrups wide enough for his size 13 clodhoppers, let alone a wide tread to help with foot issues. We think a wider tread/pad will help his ankle and foot issues (that is is getting treated for by a doctor too). He does not want to give up riding. He’s a whipper in at our hunt, so thought if we start looking now, we’ll find something by hunt season. His hunt boots measure just over 5 inches at the ball of the foot. I use the MDC classic S stirrup this year and love the wider tread. But they only go up to 5 inches, he needs room. Any Suggestions?
Maybe check shops that carry polo gear. The stirrups tend to have a wide footbed, and seem to run a little bigger than average.

Spouse is using the E-z ride and wears size 12 shoe,he says they are very comfortable. I use them caged so I can ride in sneakers.
