I think there was one horse some years back who was put down following an accident in the very small schooling area in the downtown location.
Granted, accidents can happen at any time. But that set up was bad for the horses right from the start, when they had to wait around for hours to get on the commercial downtown shuttle in the first place.
This is absolutely the best venue if the show is going to survive. The city just doesnât work anymore.

I work a few blocks from Capital One Arena and ever since the pandemic, the whole area reeks of weed morning, noon, and night. I wouldnât want a horse stabled in those conditions (as if being on a city street wasnât bad enough).
