Really awesome to see Wing Tempo getting this recognition at last. I’ve only done a few CTR’s and they were about 10 years ago but Shirley and Wing Tempo were at all three I did. Congratulations!
I am going to update this … and start a new thread as well. After all these years, yesterday, the American Saddlebred Registry voted to award the first CH-SH (Champion Sporthorse) designation (permanent) to none other than CH-SH WING TEMPO …
So, beyond an award in his name, he now also has the CH-SH designation that he so richly deserves.

Just seeing pictures of him on the trail (thank you, Google) is so motivating! Seeing a horse and rider team out “owning” the trail together gets me every time. Congratulations to this champion on receiving a tangible acknowledgement of all the ways he already is great.
