Wont let me update my profile???

When I try to update my location and then click save, it takes me to a page that says this:

You did not enter the correct format for the When it comes to measuring horses, how many inches are in 2 hands? field. Please read the field description for the expected format.

And nothing gets updated…

HELP!??

We fairly recently implemented an anti-spam measure where people registering new accounts have to answer the aforementioned question.

I’m guessing that when you update your profile information, the system is now requiring that you answer the question too, in order to save your updated info.

The question re: hands appears in your “edit profile” page, and is looking for the numeral answer to the question. PM me if you need help with the answer!

Sorry for the trouble, and if the above doesn’t solve the problem, please let me know.
