Wool flocked jump saddles brands?

Can I just take a sec to chime in that Equiline is really bending over backward for me. Their saddle is apparently flocked with something other than wool. So knowing that Cudo needs an adjustment I reached out to them to try to acquire some of the mystery flocking material so my saddle fitter can fix him up. They’re overnighting us some of their material. No charge and so happy to help it’s truly amazing. Mind you we gave them no time pressure, said we were happy to get it whenever and it is really mind blowing to see this kind of a response. Moreso when you factor in that I am not the original saddle owner, I bought it from his previous owner who bought it for his back.

Huge thumbs up.

This reminds me that when I bought my Schleese monoflap, it was an older saddle that had never been reflocked. The wool that was pulled out was quite compressed. It was far more comfortable for my mare after I had soft new wool added. Still a fraction of the cost of replacing the panels.

Thank you Xctrygirl, Equiline does indeed offer the option of flocked or T-foam panels. Our flocking is a synthetic form of wool that incorporates trace amounts of memory foam to make it very adaptable and comfortable for the horse. It is perfect for the horse that needs a custom fit saddle.

So glad you replied. Thanks for sending us the extra flocking material. We actually didn’t have to use it as the saddle still fits nearly perfectly. We were surprised however that it appeared to be very similar to Polyfill. Like the same material in pillows.

Can you explain where the trace amounts of memory foam are? Since the fibers just appear not to have any.
