:mad: I am glad you had a good experience but my goodness I am in the middle of the opposite problem. 3 month old blanket has a gusset stitching literally fall out and the waterproofing 100% fail (soaks through in a 15 minute light rain).
I am now going on day 13 of trying to get a refund since they don’t have the sheet in stock any more and don’t have an equivalent that meets our needs.
I am hoping for a similar positive outcome.
The woman who helped me said that if the blanket could be repaired while keeping the waterproofing ability of the blanket, then that is what they do, but if it was damaged beyond repair - like mine was - then they would replace it.
Grace - the didn’t have my blanket in stock either, but the one they sent, I thought was better.
My only problem was ordering a product that said “in stock” and I paid 60 to have it shipped the next day (with another ite,)…only it wasn’t in stock and I didn’t know that until I paid and got shipping. Granted I got a check in the mail later, but still… I needed the item and then went to Smart Pak and had no issues.
I do like their blanket wash and splint boots, but they aren’t my main source.

I love that they carry blankets for different shapes of horses, ,and offer advice on what blankets fit what horses best.
I have purchased at least 10 sheets/ blankets from them.
I have had 2 instances where I contacted them for a problem. One was a broken snap. Maybe 6 mos after purchase. Yes, I wanted it replaced! But since it was at most a $2 piece, I wasn’t going to get upset if they said no. They didn’t, and 3 days later I had a new snap.
The other was a waterproofing issue on a turnout sheet. To me this was a
HUGE issue, as my mare was away at training, no stall, just a run in, which she mostly chose to stay out of and enjoy grazing. Yes, grazing in winter, cold rain, in Florida. I borrowed a coat for her from another boarder.
I told SS Tack of the issue and urgency. They shipped immediately, the next step up no charge and I got it day after.
I will always buy my horses coats from them??
