Ok I am looking for some suggestion on a good cross country boot with great ankle support.
I currently use PEI air cooled boots but trainer would like to find something with more ankle support. Does anyone have a boot that provides this?
Looking for the support of a Saratoga wrap but external shell of a good quality XC boot.

Boots and wraps don’t ‘provide support’ to soft tissues like boot manufacturers would have us believe. Boots and wraps protect legs from cuts and bangs. If your horse has fetlock issues, boots are not going to help with that problem.
Based on how often PEI boots are recommended on here (I use them myself), I don’t think you’re going to have much luck finding a better boot for cross country.

nothing you put on a horse’s leg short of a cast will support it. period.

Doesn’t exist, also, why? Horses legs and hooves are designed to absorb impact…they can handle a lot if they are treated with care
