XC Volunteer question

I know there is a mandatory rehearsal on September 30th. I know it’s in the afternoon and supposed to be over by 4 pm. I know that check in is between 9 am and noon, but don’t know any more specifics. Can’t find anything on shiftboard, either.

Picking up credentials and uniform on the morning of the 29th and working that night.

Will there be a packet waiting at either the UAC or check-in with specifics? WHERE is the mandatory XC meeting going to be held?

I’m an outrider for XC, and got a message last night that the rehersal was cancelled. This came from our Coordinator, but you may want to check with someone else, though.
