Yearling Carrying Tail Slightly to the Side

It’s yearling auction season in racing land (such an exciting time!) and I saw something on a conformational video that struck my curiosity. In a colt’s conformation & walking video, he holds his tail sort of crooked. When he is walking away from you, I would say it is at about a 4:00 angle (if the top of his tail is noon). He moves quite nice. In his free-pasture video, he flags his tail which is not at all uncommon, since they are running around enjoying themselves, but you can see it there too (it sort of curves to the left). It also seems like he has a pretty long tailbone compared to a lot of others. He is quite an attractive colt, but I am curious what, if anything, that tail might indicate. Any thoughts?
