Yippee! He'll be here Wednesday!!

Finally, Trooper will have a buddy. Second hunt horse arrives on Wednesday via Brook Ledge.

Can I just give a big “atta boys” to Brook Ledge? They are wonderful to deal with and are giving me the same service as they give the million dollar baby owners.

Because as the agent told me today “We know this horse means just as much to you as (insert well known TB owner’s name here)”

The last horse came the same way and it looked like he was ready for Opening Meet.

I love em.

We require pictures of ALL second hunt horses. I’m sure you knew that

Congratulations and best of luck.

Ditto Kryswyn!

CONGRATULATIONS ! ENJOY !

CONGRATULATIONS ! ENJOY !

Update: He’s here!

As usual, Brook Ledge was right on time. “Brownie” is exactly as promised, walked off the big steep ramp like a good horse and settled right in his stall.

He hasn’t missed a meal, so he’ll go in the small field (which isn’t, the grass is just pretty short) til he slims down a bit and the grass isn’t so lush.

He’s not quite as big as my other horse, but the “sofa on legs” description I got was spot on.

Already got a email from the whip’s wife asking how he was. Turns out her brother’s wife’s sister hunts with us.

Small world, getting smaller by the day.

All in all, he’s a pretty neat horse and I’m very pleased.

I’ll let you know later in the week how he rides.

One more reason to shop at Rolex!

Congratulations. I just lost my “Brownie”. I hope he’s as wonderful and sweet as my Charlie Brown.

Laura,

You have unlimited, free “Brownie” squidgies whenever you like. Come on up.

I think he’s one of those 'hug" type horses. Sweet face.

Congrats!!!

Keep up posted on how the super sofa is to ride!

GREAT NEWS ~ PICTURES Please

Glad “Brownie” arrived ```

Enjoy !

I don’t have photo ability here

and I don’t do face book.

He’s a seal brown draft cross. Probably BelgianxQH. Has a light muzzle, a star and snip and one white sock on his left hind.

Probably 16 hands. A slightly drafty version of a foundation Quarter Horse type.

Very typey cute head, very kind eye.

Very well fed!

GREAT PICTURE ! Brownie is Handsome !

I love the picture of Brownie ! Thanks ``

 I don’t do FB and I don’t know how to post pictures either !

That’s why I always request pictures from others … living vicariously I am !

Enjoy your new horse ~

congratulations!

Sounds like a “love” congratulations:yes:, Enjoy!

Hmm… no mention of a saddle sore…

I hope the new lucky owners other than the intermediary one (OP) will give us an update from time to time.
