Idk seems like standard price for 129 acres in CA with the facility that is built on it.

For context, 3k sq ft homes on less than .50 of an acre in my part of CA sell for like $3 million soooo $20m for 129 acres of fancy equestrian facility is an excellent deal, IMO.
