Very nice, but be sure to bring your dot.com millionaire.

Beautiful place!!

But there’s a handy link on the website for funding:

Gorgeous! But wow, that price is eye-watering. That said, not shocking by NorCal standards.

Ah yes, Copernicus Stables. Every equestrian who’s driven by the facility drools and dreams about winning the lottery (or robbing a bank). It’s truly breathtaking in person. Not sure when or if it will ever sell–it’s a huge undertaking even for the uber wealthy.

The Coulter’s place, for Saer and Audrey. Only the help live on the property.

If something a bit further south is more your tastes, the historic Varian Arabians property is also for sale.

Much to the chagrin of Arabian and ranch/working western horse fans everywhere.

Seems the family did, or does, live in Woodside. That’s kind of a trek.

And at a much more palatable price! Too bad it’s not anywhere near either the Bay Area or LA…

They live now in Pacific Heights in SF. Parents are very involved in the social and philanthropic scenes.

ETA: Don’t want to be around those dot com and sports star riff raff.

Pac Heights is pretty swank. One of my best friends lives on top of Divis. I’ve been out of the Bay Area for over 20 years, but my family is still there (as are most of my friends)… it’s definitely a different place than when I grew up there! Although, I will always have a soft spot for Woodside.

ETA: that’s a much better commute!

Ok…why the mirror on the ceiling of the tack room?

!!! I did not clock that.

Check me…picture 30 of 46? That’s a mirror on the ceiling?

Good luck pulling a trailer out onto Lakeville Ave during rush hour! Oh wait, you would have a professional hauler

Yup definitely a mirror. Right over the bench?!?!

OMG that is spectacular. And if 40 or 50 of us went in on it we could afford it! Looks like there would be room for all of us. I could sleep in a stall haha.

The mirror seems to be angled toward the saddles. I wonder if there is a security camera under it?

That would explain the lack of pictures of the house, other than the outside.

Look at those weeds in picture 22, the only thing that isn’t totally perfect!

It should be noted that that gorgeous chefs kitchen is in the viewing room portion of the indoor ring, not in the house. You know, where people live and cook.

It should also be noted that the most expensive private concert to date was held in that same indoor ring, for about 80 guests. The Eagles, John Mayer, ABBA, etc…
