I was stewarding at the Head of the Lake several years ago. The outrider that was assigned to HOL came with all her riding gear on including helmet and brought with her a lawn chair instead of a horse, it was so bizarre! It was my first time volunteering at “Rolex” and I was totally scared to death dealing with HOL and we had a lot of issues/falls that year.

So frustrating! Not even mentioning Elisa Wallace is on course!!! No coverage at all. It’s all Woods Baughman. Very disappointing. She was the one rider I wanted to watch.
I am restraining myself from comments about coverage of men vs women.

As a spectator (on line) I really don’t like this course. It’s so tricky for the horses, it seems unfair to them.
