Unfortunate for Zoe but good riding to get it over that first fence when it clearly did not want to go. She was working for it but that horse just looked overwhelmed.
Is there a set number of riders they call back to flat?
Londyn had a nice round aside from taking down the first fence of the combination line.
Normally they do the flat phase in three groups so I would think a number that is divisible by threeā21, 24, 27, 30?
West coaster awake and joining! I love the course, Iāve only seen a few but it looks very smooth, deceivingly simple. Also I love Avaās commentary, her voice is very ASMR to me
Taylor Cawley is a beautiful rider and horses love her. Too bad my feed went out 1/2 way through her rider and then repeated the closing circle 5 timesā¦
So itās not just me? Then mine skips ahead (presumably to live)⦠And it always seems like something happens, a rail or a swap or whatever, in that missing moment.
Iām a USEF member but donāt have a CMH premium account and I did have a good, all-day experience watching Medal Finals the other week.
Ava is very positive in her commentary, which is lovely to hear.
Man, some of these slow-mo replays are so shady. I donāt think that the video team necessarily means it to be, but if I were doing a round today, Iād much prefer for the replay to show something I did well rather than focus on where the round went wrong.
Noah Nelson⦠just wow. The whole course flowed so beautifully. He made it look easy.
Ah so sad I missed Noah Nelson! Got back from my scans just a smidge too lateā¦Now to try to do the dishes while keeping upā¦
Way to lay it down Eleanor Rudnicki!
Lovely smooth round by Rudnicki! Iām liking this course a lot, for the same reasons that others have mentioned. Not punishing the less experienced but really rewarding riders that pay attention to the track.
I love Kate Hagertyās horseās mane and tail. And his barn name is Fluffy!
But no replay of any of his round
Not that I didnāt enjoy seeing the scene around the out gate but I was in and out of the kitchen and missed most of it. Saw him smiling huge and knew I missed something
I like these cutaway interviews during the break, itās nice to hear Murphy talk about some of his building decisions and how the Hamel (sp?) course is linked to the Maclay course.
I missed the first one, but kudos to our pathfinder staying on the standby! So glad the day is working out for her so far - drawing first seems like such a mental hurdle.
Did I hear correctly that Lookabill is working on a jumper judgeās card? Iām not familiar with that process at all - I know his commentary gets mixed reviews on here, but itās neat to see him continuing his education if thatās the case.
I find his constant babble annoying. Does he ride? He thinks heās an expert at everything. Ave;s commentary is coming from experience, which makes a difference.
He does chatter quite a bit haha. I wish heād reined in the tangent on the NHS social scene while a rider was mid-course a couple rounds ago.
Alyssa Bauerās horse is so cute! What a lovely round too.
