I think she’s already won some Grand Prix classes in her first year as a professional, so she’s not letting her equitation results from last year slow her down. Good for her!

I’m just getting a poster frame about the Opportunity Fund. Did it get delayed?

I think I have the wrong time. I assumed it meant EST but I’m on Mountain time and maybe the 5pm is mountain time? (that would be 7pm EST)

What time does it say for you? The Penn National feed shows the jumps up but no riders yet. Announcer just said 6:15 start.

It looks like they’re getting ready to start now. The course shows a path of footprints between the jumps, so they must have already walked it.

The overall schedule on the horse show website did not list a specific time originally, just that it would follow the ponies.

I feel like they’re pretty darn lucky if they’re in a position to qualify and show in multiple divisions at Harrisburg! Lol.

I suppose I’m just old and tired. I’d probably be thrilled to be in their position if I was young.

Some of them did the junior hunters as well. That makes them extra lucky in my book.

It’s a good thing I never qualified for finals, because if I had woken my horse up in the middle of the night to flat him, he would have laid himself right down in the ring to go back to bed, and we would have had to carry him back to his stall.

I wish people would just let the horses be.

The one time I did this with Nikki at Indoors, she made sure to let me know she was Exquisitely Unimpressed.

After that, I didn’t bother. She could walk into the ring cold and be fine.
