Me too, so long as I don’t have to scrub him. Kudos to his grooms.

Irrelevant comment: can someone on the grounds please get a paint pen and put the apostrophe on the Trainers’ Stress Box sign?

Bummer swap for Kate. She tried to hold him on it and he just stepped right.

Oh no, Clara!

Oh goodness :flushed: Clara was having a pretty nice round too.

That’s a lot of people coming into the ring and it looked like it hurt. I hope she’s okay.

Are the riders using a longer stirrup in the EQ than they used to?

A couple of them have looked a half hole or a hole long.

Blessedly fine and glad to see her pat the horse after, but I still would’ve liked to see her walk her own horse out instead of the groom.

I noticed that at the Capital Challenge as well.

I thought the same, but for all I know the groom got hold of the horse and settled them before she was up and out of her vest and they just wanted to get everyone situated.

I’d typically agree with you but she fell HARD. I’m just glad she got up and seems relatively uninjured. She seemed to handle a tough situation with grace - I’m not inclined to nitpick beyond that.

I don’t love the Swedish oxer with the offset groundline. Stewards and schooling supervisors spend a lot of time in the schooling area telling people not to set offset groundlines…

Can Ironman have a redo at that fence since he saw something in the stands? What a BUMMER.

What an unfortunate spook, that was such a wonderful round otherwise!

That was a bummer for Blake - no idea what he saw down there. She handled it well, but her trip had her right in the mix.

That’s true and I probably wouldn’t have nitpicked either if the camera hadn’t followed the team whole way out of the arena. This was my visceral reaction.

It seems like there have been a bunch of uncharacteristic blips in the top 10.

This is seemingly anybody’s class today!
