I am sorry to report back that our little filly passed away yesterday morning. She was acting strange when I went down to feed so we rushed her off to the closest Specialty Hospital but unfortunately she did not make it they are doing some testing so I’m hopeful that we will at least have an answer.

Day 300 for Carina today, and she is looking blissfully normal, thank goodness (and also pretty darn good, if I do say so myself!)

Sydney was inseminated Tuesday and yesterday and ovulated overnight last night. Per usual, the Major Mac V semen quality was excellent, so everyone involved is very optimistic that we might be one and done with her this year.

Arielle got prostaglandin yesterday, and we are going to try to get her culture/cytology and breeding both done on this cycle if the stars align. Zee Kahili is headed to Region 12 and won’t be available until after he comes back from the show. Last possible collection date is this coming Wednesday before a two week blackout. No pressure, Arielle…
