I do like Cheers! I should mention that we don’t do human names for horses here. Last night the name “Forty” came up - for Red-40.
I love Cheers and Blush!
“Tipsy” is home! She arrived on a day where there’s a good 2” of ice everywhere and quickly showed us how sensible and quiet she is by walking across it to the barn.
Tipsy is a great name choice, too.
I have my maiden TB mare bred to a Connemara stud. If my math is right, she is 276 days.
I need name suggestions, please. The sire is Fiontar Mac Tire, and the mare’s name is Phaedra. I have Exsqueeze Me and Montgomery so far.
I like Exsqueese Me because it’s funny, not from the movies.
She’s a little grumpy these days
Bambi has been enjoying the rare bit of sunshine we have here!
She is closer to the fence and her rising 2 year old filly is in the foreground.
And, just for fun, here’s a short video of some fetal movement - around :05, :19, :27, :35. Please forgive my unswept crosstie area.

What pretty pictures!
Wow! You can really see the family resemblance.
