Hello, Well, CMH has a posting that the flat work phase is available to be watched but the page “isn’t available in my area”. (I’m in the USA). So any ideas folks?
Sometimes ClipMyHorse has that message when something is linked to be viewed but isn’t actually live just yet. I’ve experienced that trying to watch an archived round too quickly after the round was completed. Maybe give it a couple hours and try again
Now that it’s not live I don’t even care about it anymore which is a shame.
I don’t think I’ve gotten an email about it from USEF recently, which is definitely a change from past years. Typically they have always been inclined to promote it a lot.
Why does it matter if it’s live?
If anyone has success in watching this LMK. I used to look forward to it every year and am so bummed that it’s just clips now and not the whole thing.
I will still watch either way (in fact I used to purchase the DVDs pre streaming days) but I do agree that it’s more fun when it’s live. It kind of makes me feel like I’m part of things. Hopefully they at least post the whole thing and not just clip’s
Tried again today (Saturday) and it still tells me I can’t watch in my location. Contacted CMH to see what the problem is, we’ll see.
I get the same message for Anne’s session, but it looks like Beezie’s session from this morning is available now. Seems like some audio issues at the very beginning, but got better. I haven’t watched it all, but did jump ahead a few times to check.
COTH article on Anne’s session:

Because if they edit out difficult parts that is where the educational part of the clinic is. Watching them execute everything perfectly isn’t as educational
I’d give it a watch first before you assume they’ll edit out any difficulties.
@kenyarider, the sessions aren’t available to watch until 24 hours after they’ve taken place. The first session will be available to watch on Sunday according to CMH.
Here’s the answer from CMH. Dear Susan,
Thank you for your email.
We don’t display them live; they will be archived once they have been reviewed by the USEF.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions—we’ll be happy to assist.
Best regards

Have they done that previously?
No. This is censorship plain and simple. They were upset because of the uproar over things Katie Prudent said last year and now they are claiming that the riders are so tender and sensitive that it has to be censored to protect their feelings. Which is total c***, these riders today have grown up on social media. Just annoying because watching it as it happened was the fun, now it’s just another lecture.
As I mentioned earlier, Beezie’s session is available. I watched it earlier (watched most of it after my post). I do have a CMH subscription.

I’m a little confused about accessing the sessions. Do you have to be a CMH Premium member? If so, that’s kind of a take away for most of us. In previous years, you could watch without that additional cost, as I remember.
Well, I’m excited to be able to see it, but there’s very loud music and then NO Beezie - sound gone. Ugh.
I haven’t tried the Jumper sessions, but the Dressage clinic is coming through fine. I don’t have a CMH subscription, just a USEF one.
It gets better.
