I don’t wish death on anyone, but I have envisioned a scenario wherein Falcon decides he’s had it and chucks Rancid Pussmuffin in front of an oncoming semi. Maybe I’m a horrible person, but the visual makes me smile.

If he’d bought a mare he wouldn’t have made it to the end of the driveway. Then again, gaited horse breeds have a reputation for being too tolerant and forgiving for their own good.

I like your scenario. Cereal is an insufferable, bloated ego bore who is riding the horses to death.

Yes. Let’s just all come out and say it. Call it what it is. He is riding and using these horses to death. And he clearly does not care.

Makes me so ill. The senior member of my vet practice no longer does local calls; he concentrates his time on travels, with vet students to central America. Hs clients in central America have nothing but rely heavily on their legged partners for their livelihood. These people have nothing but are so willing to learn how to better their equids. Feet, teeth, saddle pad, vaccinations so eager for life changing help for their equids and here we have dumb shit with Lulelemon shirts I might ad that when these impoverished clients show up for a vet exam they are spotless- clean ironed shirts and trousers, proud of their animals.

There may be Hope!
This just posted on FB Stop Cereal page
:clap::smiley:

Go, Idaho!!!

ETA:
Other screenshots on the post showed law regarding paperwork, CVI specifically.
So if abuse is a murky issue, correct paperwork is not.
He fought the Law & we can hope the Law wins this one :smiling_imp:

I agree with the above statement that he is riding these horses to death. If he continues to push them in the condition they are in now, they could get to the point that even if their bodies are not actively dying, their feet/leg condition is so deteriorated that euthanasia is the only viable option.

Who is going to pony up funds for a Barbaro-level medical rescue for these two horses, who at this point have no monetary value?

And the most maddening thing – he has been offered so much help along the way !!! And he just rides away again !!! Since he reached Montana, had he listened, had he give the horses what they needed at the good samaritan offers of temporary pasture, it could all be so different now.

So – we don’t know what type of order or paperwork Washington issued on Cyril. Has skedaddling out of reach solved his problem there? Or did LE do something that has some reach to it?

From an above post …

I could be so excited about this, but am being careful with my reaction, but …

CRIMINAL ??? Woohoo, now we are getting somewhere !!! I have got to read the rest of that filing!

I looked up “magistrate court” and it seems that this is where criminal cases start.

Also – how bad must the horses’ condition be to make this a criminal level case!

And – it seems Kootenai County is just on the Idaho side of the border with Washington, almost punting distance from Spokane.

Another question – with this pending case in Kootenai County, is he allowed to leave the county?

If he’s in the neighborhood of Coeur d’Alene, he is literally 30 minutes by vehicle from his chosen destination. On fit, healthy horses, 2 days ride, or 1 day and part of a 2nd day.

It is way, way overdue, and it has taken cumulative damage and suffering imposed on those horses, but there will be some symbolic justice if this whole thing finally blows up just a 30 minutes trailer ride from his ‘grand finale’.

I hope Narcissistic Bozo is having a miserable night.

And the horses are having the most comfortable rest they have had in a long time.

I’m a little confused with the most recent details of this shit show. Please see if I have this correct:

He was in Idaho, camping on private property (trespassing). LE cited him for some kind of paperwork infraction. While in Idaho, a farrier looked at both horses. Noted Falcon had abscess and both horses were stone bruised. He’s giving horses “drugs” and was told not to ride them for a week.

Somehow (via truck and trailer?) Cereal and horses ended up in Washington, where he was again confronted by LE. It’s noted horses are in poor condition and lame. He’s told vet must inspect and clear them. Instead, he and horses are whisked away by the truck and trailer. Are they back in Idaho?

Is this timeline correct?

And do you guys think this transportation accomplice is remaining in close proximity to Cereal, primarily to help him abscond from the law?

Even though it’s criminal, it’s a misdemeanor. And as someone else said above, it is regarding paperwork, not the condition of the horses.

This is the law he’s been cited for violating in Idaho:

TITLE 25
ANIMALS
CHAPTER 2
INSPECTION AND SUPPRESSION OF DISEASES AMONG LIVESTOCK

25-221. IMPORTATION OF LIVESTOCK AND OTHER ANIMALS. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation or its agents or employees to bring or cause to be brought in any manner whatsoever into this state livestock or other animals unless they are accompanied by a certificate of veterinary inspection, other approved certificate or permit, or certificate and permit showing the livestock or other animals to be free from contagious, infectious or communicable diseases or exposure thereto, the certificate or permit to be rendered in such form and manner as may be provided in the rules and regulations of the division. It shall further be unlawful to alter, change or modify an issued certificate or permit.

Ok, the inspection. That makes sense. He’s been in these states for days and never got that done.

So silly because that would have been easily done shortly after he crossed on to each state.

Unfortunately the inspection focuses on communicable diseases. Not overall condition or abuse. We discussed up-thread how unlikely it is to stop him. He might be scolded and advised, as he was in San Angelo, TX. But unlikely to be stopped.

I wonder if he’s just a dumb-ass who thinks he’s above it, or if he was afraid of the reaction if a vet saw the horses. Maybe both.

But it is another record of what a vet observes. It’s probably also confidential.

Why is he running from it, though?

Would “confidential” include show management?
I’ve had to provide a copy of my CVI before being allowed onto showgrounds & office kept that on file.

As a further dig at this POS’s ineptitude, CVIs are now available online & renewable for 6mos.
One would think his vast :unamused: Tech Bro knowledge would have considered this little detail.
& Instead of puking up details of his grandioseness(word?) on his SM, he could have easily kept current & avoided this citation.
I hope a hefty fine results & possibly removing horses from his possession to isolate & test for diseases.
I subscribe to a site - EDCC - that updates communicable outbreaks by state & includes Canada.

He seems to have a knee-jerk reaction of very diligently eluding any type of authority or paperwork. Is there something personal here, like a visa problem that will get him deported, jailed, fined, or whatever?

The vet certificates and brand inspections are very easy to get, sure, but social media criticisms may well have given him/“team” the impression that veterinarians=trouble for him.

But, considering the large amount of other horses they’re coming into contact with and all the pastures, ranches, fairgrounds, campgrounds, etc. that these animals have been in, it’s pretty irresponsible and downright to not at have the inspection paperwork.

There’s also the financial aspect. If you’re trying to sell something for $60,000 minimum, wouldn’t you want it alive and, hopefully, in good enough condition that a PPE wouldn’t result in “this horse is so damaged that it needs to be put down.”

I have a deep dislike of SM phenom Raleigh Link. Not sure if she being so involved is a good thing.

Good point of the 6 month CVI. Most all of the states he has traveled through accept them according to the list I found.

To be honest, I don’t think any of the social media commentary has done any good. Without all the hoopla and “trackers” this guy would have had no motivation to keep going and probably would have bowed out long ago. Instead it fueled his victim complex and inflating the importance of his “quest.”

She makes money on her YT by purportedly exposing abuse. She’s pretty clueless about horses in general. Been at it (YT) since she was 16, when she announced that she’d been a trainer for 9 years. Whatever!

Oh that’s gross and not surprising. I keep bumping into a thin blonde with matching everything on IG…offering advice whilst skiing on the curb in a too small seat and too long stirrups.

…And I have been blocked on Cereal’s IG account. I sent him a not so nice message the other day since his comments were limited and used some choice words, insulted his family, and called him things that would get me banned on here.
