She’s a bit of a mean girl, makes assumptions, and as nearly in love with herself as Ceral is with himself.
Cereal surely is not making any friends and I can only imagine how this whole thing plays out for the rest of his life.

I guess this is the weird phase. After being so invested in those horses’ welfare for so long, with occasional updates on their status, it is beyond weird, that we may never know exactly what becomes of them.
I hope that someone geographically closer to them can help report if they ever need help again.
My fear is that Pete is gone already as he may have been too damaged to put money into, and he was a plain-colored ranch type. There are lots of those, and it would be easy for him to wind up in a crowd of them on the way to Canada.
Falcon, on the other hand is pretty, flashy and recognizable. Someone may have taken pity on him, but not cereal.
He could so easily find buyers for each of them, or for both of them as a pair, above market price, if the price wasn’t so stratospheric.
I’m guessing there are people who would give 20% to 25% more than what they could buy a similar horse for off a sales list. Just because of the story behind them. There are people who will do that. They might end up in a fairly undemanding home that doesn’t really expect them to work.

I have to admit that I check this thread frequently to see if there have been any updates. Not so much on Cereal McDipshat, but on the horses’ fate.
The 15 minutes of fame (notoriety?) associated with the horses, is fading quickly. If someone was going to snap them up based mostly on their participation in the misbegotten journey, I’d think that would’ve happened by now.
I just hope both of those hardworking, trustworthy horses get the life they deserve. I wanted a happy ending for them.
Mare Stare posted a TikTok yesterday(?) saying the only update she had was that very briefly the horses sale ads when online yesterday or the day before, and Falcon had a reduced price of, I think, $30k and Pete was still at the same price. Then the ads were gone. So, all assuming he still has the horses and they are “for sale”.
I wonder if it’s coming home to him that this whole stunt wasn’t special. Just stupid.

His Grand Adventure that would prove his manhood, get him social media status and create a scheme to make money selling his “famous” horses at the conclusion was a complete and utter failure. On all counts. When will that revelation hit home? Hoping it comes soon.

I think all of the people I know who heard of him are horse people calling him out. I saw a couple threads pop up on reddit in the horse subs, but outside of those instances…I’d be none the wiser of his grand adventure. I don’t think he popped up on too many non-horse-peoples radar.

Afterthought…wouldn’t you think he’d want to keep those horses for like, “after the ride” footage for his Netflix special?? 
The dude can’t think that far ahead. Look at how he packed and thought about how this trip was going to happen. We (as a group) give him waaaayyy too much credit. How he worked in Logistics is beyond me.

Anyway… I keep checking this thread, hoping to see an update on the horses. I really hope they get a soft landing somewhere. It’s a shame they’re still tied to this idiot; there are so many legitimate horse people that seem to be willing to give these two a good home.
Someone needs to post a picture of his FU dance on his LinkedIn profile for future reference, especially in reference to his “Interpersonal Communication” skills.
To be fair, he likely never specified that he was GOOD at it.
These are the three mad skillz that make me laugh the most.
I suspect that he cut the ride way short for a reason – that is, maybe he did clue in that he was getting little if any positive attention. It wasn’t worth it to him any more.
Or maybe it was just another impulsive, short-sighted decision. Maybe he had had enough of the outdoors and a sore butt. Even after the break for the trip back to Canada for something or other.
One thing that struck me throughout is that there were no videos that he shared of him walking a mile or half-mile and leading his horses. To give the horses periodic breaks during a long ride day. He probably never did.
Good point. Where were the videos where he showed himself giving the horses some love? Like scratching their necks or putting liniment on their legs or feeding them carrots or just quietly grooming them?
Oh, that’s right. They don’t exist because he’s devoid of any true connection or attachment to those horses.
I don’t think we’ll know what happens to the horses unless someone buys them and posts about it.
