Talcum powder, applied to likely friction points before you ride. Cheap, readily available and generally seems to work.
Then all the rest about cut of clothing, etc.

Where would I find these underwear without seams?? Do they sell them at sporting goods stores?
I think it is a mix of sensitive skin, plus my seat. It is worse on one side than the other. So, that leads me to believe I am not quite balanced in my seat.
That being said, I will need something to help me deal with the issue now. So I don’t dread the hours in the saddle needed to fix my seat.

Ahhhhhh, threads like this are how you KNOW you are a COTH “veteran.” When you see the word “sensitive” (or similar) in the dressage forum or someone is obviously embarrassed to bring up a “personal” topic, and your brain immediately shouts out, “INVERNESSSSS!!!” you know you are officially a COTH veteran.

Body Glide is a nice product but for me the issue was mostly the elastic rubbing against the tendon that comes off the epubis and down into the inner thigh.

YES! That is exactly where it is rubbing on me. I was too busy this weekend, but I am off to DICKS Sportinggoods tomorrow to find some seamless panties.
