Wicker Basket…not to worry!

Lordhelpus, I know where one is now. I will have to go on Monday and ask the store owner if he would let us borrow it for the show in June. I saw it while X-Mas shopping in Dec. I commented on it at the time. He is from England and that is where he got it. He told me it is not for sale, only on display in his store. He is some what crouchity, so I don’t know what he will say, but if he has even a small bit of a heart, he will let us borrow it. I will also, ad he maybe in all the articles for the store that donated it…that may be the final melt for him. We will see!

Just thought I would share this:

I brought the girls up late last night. I am in northern CT, and it was pretty frosty cold by then. I fed dinner, and shut everything down. When I was standing in the barn doorway, I looked up at the sky (which is a nightly ritual for me-on a good night, you can see the milky way). Anyway, it was especially clear and cold last night, and you could see ALL the constellations shining bright. The only sound you could hear were the girls munching their grain. The air smelled like snow, and the barn smelled like fresh hay. It seemed appropriate, so I said a little prayer for Aiden.

I immediately saw not one, but TWO shooting stars.
. They were in different parts of the sky-but big and bright, and in a flash they were gone.

There isn’t a point to this story really, except to say that I think God is listening…

I am type A-Blood, young and I have a great immune system!! I always donate blood and it is about time to do it again. I would love to help! I wish so bad I could come down there. I am completly familyless for christmas anyway…might as well spent it in a place I know there is plenty of love~~

I follow the thread all the time and the waiting is so hard! I don’t post much because others are much more eloquent than I can be. Even so, my whole family is praying for Aiden, the Hawks, and the donor family – it’s amazing how close we feel to all of you even though we never met.
