Just click on the red link that says LIVE below. They’ve been running multiple video sessions a day so its not always the same exact link. This will always get you there.[/QUOTE]
Thank you. That is what I did, without success. Tried again and am now on!
Yikes the feed isn’t so hot…
The feed in session 13 is nowhere near as good as in session 12.
Probably a dumb question - what happened to Lillie’s horse Vanhattan? I feel like he’s been MIA. Might just be my imagination!
Video Stream
This is Volar Video, the streaming service for the Alltech National Horse Show feed. We have noticed your comments and we’ve been working diligently to fix them. We believe you should now see significant improvement, but we’ll still continue to work to make it better. In the meantime, if you have streaming issues, please call us at 855-812-2740. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Thank you volarvideo!
They only pin the top three?
I have audio but no sound on the “live” feed…any tips on how to fix this?
Edit: finally have the feed working for the first time since this all started, but man. no jokes about the quality being terrible! hopefully they can get this together before Sunday.
Thank you, Volarvideo!!!
Your efforts and response are greatly appreciated.
No improvement on my feed, though its definitely nice to hear that the problems are being worked on.

This, 100%. Glad to see a company interested in public feedback.
I finally got a feed in session 13, saw a horse take two jumps, then the screen went black with the words “technical difficulties!” Let me tell you how other shows handle live streaming glitches. At this year’s Reining by the Bay, the audio on the first morning of the show had a bad echo which made it impossible to hear who was coming into the arena and what the scores were. A quick email to the management, and it was fixed! As quick as that. At this year’s Snaffle Bit Futurity, extra speakers were installed in the Reno Convention Center, which made the audio impossible to hear. Because of our emails, the management knew about the problem, told all of us that they were fixing it, what day it was going to be fixed, and actually were working with us online to see what we were hearing. These two shows actually cared that their cyber audience was able to view and hear the performance. Of course it is wonderful that someone sponsors a live feed, but if you can’t do it right, don’t do it. We’ll survive.
mine is actually crystal clear and working really well. they are clearly doing SOMETHING. hopefully it will be fixed for everyone soon!
WOW. HUGE, huge improvement! THANKS ALTECH–and this time we MEAN it!
Mine is still not good…
Mine was very good for A/O’s using Goodle Chrome (Fullscreen). It was cloudy (Fullscreen) on very old version of Firefox. Both loaded well today.
If you don’t like it, don’t watch it. Others are getting a good quality feed, or are enjoying watching it as is. Why should you “ruin” it for everyone?

Has anyone paid attention to whether they stick to the start times on the broadcast schedule? So right now it’s before 5, and the open jumpers start at 5:15, but it seems like they are ahead of schedule today. Do you think the broadcast will start in the next little bit or wait until 5:15 anyway? Just curious if anyone noticed that or not… haven’t been paying attention to the times!
I’ve thought they’ve stayed pretty close to the schedule.
