I don’t know… the Ukok princess’ tatoo seems to have aged just fine.
The Siberian Princess was 25 … so they didn’t have time to get all wrinkly.

I want to get a sea horse done over my side (about a 1/4 of the size of hers) but I can’t because my Kaboom tattoo hurt…bad…
Like so bad I basically had to hold my breath and try to keep my intestines inside my body. I was sick (think colic/tied up) for 2 days afterwards.
–and it only took 20 min!
here is was right after it was done. It’s actually over my iliac crest but you can’t tell cause I must have been fat that day–but my iliac crest is just beneath the tatt.

so the tatt dude said the only spot that would hurt worse would be over the ribs.

Wow that’s well done, there aren’t many horse tattoos that I like either. The realistic and colored ones somehow always seem to turn out bad.
But alas, all too soon the horse’s muzzle will be in the rose…
While I would not want that on my body, I have to admit the detail is unbelievable! What a beautiful piece of art!
Hey, I’m a guy. Boobs are a constant fascination. 
I have to say, tattoos aren’t for me. But as far as “how will that look in 30 years” it all depends on the quality of the tattoo, how well you take care of the tattoo, and take care of your body.
My sister is 45. She has a LOT of (high quality) tattoos. She started getting them over 20 years ago. Her tattoos still look fantastic, like the day they were done. Colors are touched up occasionally to keep them bright and fresh.
As for the horse’s nose ending up in the rose… well, that is where taking care of your body comes in. Have to hand it to her, at 45, and mother of three, she is still 120 pounds (at 5’6") and works out and keeps tight… and those tattoos keep right in place!
I am sure come 70 she will have some sagging, but really, who cares when you are that age! It’s her body, and her art to enjoy.

As far as what it will look like in 30 years… Uhmmm probably just as good as the rest of our bodies. Wah who cares. It’s another memory, another story to tell.
I’ve only got two tattoos now, plan on many, many more. I’ll still rock em when I’m dead.
The rose seems to be just thrown in there and doesn’t add anything, IMHO.

Her tattoos are gorgeous. Same with tattoos on two men she was buried with.
buried with SIX horses and tack…an ancient COTHER ancestor!
First the skeletons of six horses appeared, some with preserved wooden decorations on the harness, some with coloured saddles made from felt. On one of the saddles was a picture of a jumping winged lion
