Wrote several mysteries about racing that were very good, at least much better than his training career.
Well, rats, Laurie B…maybe Jody will find another publisher and crank out another good one. She’s so great with her descriptions–by the time I’m two chapters into her books, I have a vivid mental picture of all the people and places.
Anyone ever read Taking Up The Reins? Great book–just finished it.
