Anyone buy? sell? adopt? from Brit Le'Brand Farm Warsaw Ohio?

Ahhh… It never gets old… we will all just keep watch!

grey oldenburg? grey Tb?

On dreamhorse–Coshocton and Wooster–interesting how she can post with no contact info…

hmmm…

Some warmblood mares as welll…it’s a “european kind of season” …

Types of horses

B likes the TB and warmbloods because of english and jumping. She doesn’t seem to be into western or Quarter horses much anymore. I know when I’ve been out there before she had a few of the warmbloods. My best friend Krista fell in love with Dolly her jumper. She loved Krista too. It was funny.

Dreamhorse postings by Britney Sturtz/Julie McKee

And she’s back. Dreamhorse yanks her ads and she reposts. Dreamhorse yanks her ads again, and she reposts. Dreamhorse doesn’t want her on their website, and yet she reposts… What do you suppose she doesn’t understand about the word “no”, hmmm?

And how 'bout that anonymous ‘seller’ status, she has to use her name at some point ('cuz they want it on the cashier’s check), and when the potential buyer does a google search on that name, wow, there’s the Ripoff Reports, first up every time! Not bad for a 24 year old. Where do ya go from there?

RE: Dolly, last year she was a Dutch Warmblood, import, dressage. This year, Hanoverian, import, breeding. What’s next year going to be? Selle Francais for circus use?

It seems she posts with no info…also a conglomoration of letters…BGHS? and then there are those with no contact info…hmmm…mysterious

??

BGHS… short for “Britney (Go to Hell) Sturtz”???

Dreamhorse ads

And she’s off again. Dreamhorse is very responsive, they don’t want their reputation besmudged. Go Dreamhorse!!!

Trailqueen, very funny, very appropriate!

i hate miss B so much…i dont think i have ever felt this kind of hate for anyone, is there anyone out there who would want to go together with me and try to hire a lawyer to go after her ? i cant aford it on my own. let me know, i can not just sit here while she lies to everyone about what she did to me and if she twists things about my situation then i know she is with other people. if she was a dog i would have her put to sleep.

Even if what she’s doing is in a “gray area” legally, the income has to be reported on her tax return, or she’s not legal with the IRS.

IRS

There is a “whistleblower” section on the IRS website if anyone is interested. You can even fill out a form to collect anywhere from 15% to 30% of whatever is collected by the IRS. They do ask for proof, so have your info. ready.

I confess to having barely browsed this thread.

Speaking from very personal experience, the Registries will not–simply cannot absorb the costs of in depth investigation such as Handwriting analysis.

However if there is substantial evidence of forgery & fraud…and if the dollars are high enough and the wheels are squeaky enough…the law enforcement authorities (prosecutors, etc) can and will get involved.

It appears that much of the alleged shifty business is conducted across state lines and via internet? If so, that becomes a Federal matter of interest to a couple different Federal entities.

Speaking again from frustrating first-hand experience. Law enforcement can and will investigate this type of malfeasance. The wheels are slow to start and slow to turn (in my case about 3 months to rec’v results of the Handwriting Analyses).

The involved parties might wish to consider contacting the FBI as a starting point (hint hint)–if the fibbies want it taken locally prior to their eventual involvement they can point you in the right direction as to where and with whom initial complaints need to be lodged. Local enforcement will tend to sit up and look closer when they hear, “Agent X of the FBI recommended I contact you regarding this matter”.

Given actual evidence and testimony of illegal activity (again–have only browsed the thread) it is their job to investigate and most often, once you’ve found the correct entry-point–they will investigate. Just be prepared that Justice doesn’t often equal Satisfaction. :stuck_out_tongue:

Best wishes to all for a successful resolution in any case.

Thanks

Thanks for sharing with us your experience. Its encouraging that something can be done under some situations.

something in the water

It sounds like these 2 people are drinking the same water as a person in western Pa.

Meaning

I’m assuming you mean the scammers?

Yes

That’s exactly what I meant to say. These scammers must all be drinking from the same water hole - it’s making them loco. I wish there was a site for just these situations. People that have been prosecuted and the results published.

Great Idea!!

That’s a great idea!! Wish there was something like that because there are more people that are scammers that we could possibly imagine. Especially now that the economy has gone so crappy.

notsoold

are you referring to the Carol situation, notsoold? if yes, I already had somebody do a drive-by at Miss B’s to see if any of Carol’s horses were there, they are not. This chick is an amateur compared to the gal in PA.

Where do these people come from and don’t they realize their deeds will catch up with them? Thank heavens there are places like this where these people can be exposed and some of us may be spared
