MYSTERY SOLVED!!!

BGHS = “Belle Greye Haven Stables”

Ah, the assault on the english language continues…

A wonderful example that yes, some children were left behind.

you had me…

LOL!!!

Just curious, but how many people have actually persued the legal aspect against B at this point? I know there have been many suggestions posted here…Is the C. Sherrif’s dept. still an option? Does anyone have a lawyer handling this that other people can join the suit?

i know the C. Sherrif’s dept. told me there was nothing they could do. i cryed. and i cant afford a lawyer or you bet your ass i would be doing something. i am stuck now and dont know what to do except for take the loss and not let it happen again. i pray to god my lil pony (Buddy) is healthy and happy living out the rest of his years. miss B says she still has him but i havent the slightest clue if she really does or not.

Followed then lost this thread until today. Somewhere several pages back someone mentioned that this person is attending ATI. Has anyone emailed this thread to the horse people there? Knowing the person who runs hte horse program of it it would be an intresting show to watch if she is indeed going there. Heck Id pay for front row tickets.

I have not had any dealings with this person but followed the tread as I am soon to be in the market for a new horse and informed is better then what the people here have gone thorugh.

AGO

So I received AGO papers on my friends complaint. In all of B’s pages of response to the complaint she never really gets the point that: She breached her own contract as soon as she handed over fake papers:eek:
She also claims she never signed the affidavit for duplicate reg cert. But I have a copy of the affidavit with a signature (it is her name) and is notarized by a notary from Coshocton.

This girl is FULL of BS.

Also she states in her letter that

“BLB was supplied with liable false internet fodder allegedly produced by friend of (name withheld), slanders complete situation and BLB farm name.”

Wonder who did that:D:D

So who is going to email ATI???

Wow guys you’ve been busy!! I won’t be the one to contact her instructor, I just don’t think that’s fair. My reasoning…what if she really is trying to do better my her horses and her future clients? Anything is possible…

Sorry barrelchick, but I just do not buy that one…

I dont want to say very much on this forum, due to “others” potentially reading it, but I too am having potential issue with “B”.

Agree

Sorry barrelchick, but I just do not buy that one…I think that B is totally in this for the $$$, and is not concerned about how many people she tramples over in the meantime!:(
I agree!!!

I completely agree w/ Hrselvr, I don’t think B gives a damn about how many people she runs over or horses she neglects to death, so long as she makes her money. So far on this thread, we have two dead/missing ponies and dead Gus that were in B’s possession. “Septic in the hoof” my a$$…

Nick is a 9 yr old 17.1 hand grey thoroughbred
Does anyone have any info on b’s horse Black tie affair or nick?

Nick

Here’s Canopach’s posting from Aug 22, 2008:

“Keep your eyes out for a 7yr old grey TB to pop up on the classifieds. He is being returned to Britney tomorrow. He may be walk/trot sound but definitely not the high sport horse prospect she claimed him to be. Still underweight… I’m sure thats only going to get worse once he leaves my farm. His name is “It’s Awesome Baby” or so she claims. He has very distinguishable markings. Suture scar on left side of throat and a large knot across his head. His right eye appears to be more sunken in than his left. Also will not stand on his left fore with full weight for more than a few minutes. Watch out - I am sure he will be back on the market. Nice gelding but not a fancy show horse. Needs to be retired and loved. Pray for Awesome.”

And now, a quote from B’s ad on equinenow.com: “Gorgeous gelding looking for a show or pleasure lease home…He has been hanging out this winter after returning home from a dressage lease.” And no price. Does that mean “FREE” or does that mean “I make up a price after I figure out how much money the potential lessee wants to pay”?

Last year, “sport horse prospect”, this year dressage horse…next year, circus pony

BarrelChick, no offense, but I don’t see any change in B’s behavior from last year to this year. I am afraid your optimistic hope that she will change her spots is misplaced…looks to me like she’s still looking for gullible ‘clients’

She also has 2 ads for horses on Horsetopia.com! http://horsetopia.horse-for-sale.org/horsefarm.cfm/farm265627.html

Dogontired

Thanks for keeping your eyes out… but I do think “Nick” or “It’s Awesome Baby” will be a fancy OTTB listed as a Dutch Warmblood next year… Ha ha… dressage lease… whatever~

I would love to see photos of that Demi mare as well. I showed at Buckeye Horse Park this last season and would love to know if that horse was really there as well as what divisions she was shown in. Hmmm…

re:Demi

Contacted USEF/USDF as advised by the AHS since they would have info re: competition results. Waiting for reply…forwarded the pedigree to American Hanoverian Society and they have no record of her. Said she could have been registered out of the country but not in the U.S.
